Nite Of Soulful Stars

OK, the recording of this show was done like 2 weeks back, a day after Dayang & Sean's recording.. so, sorry for the delay.. hehe.. i actually watched half of the rehearsal of this show which was done right after Dayang & Sean finished their recording.. at that time, i thought it's gonna a heck of a show.. and it really was..!!

But watching them rehearse, gosh i'm sure it's really tiresome for them.. having to go thru the same song a couple of times till late of the nite.. wow, that should be exhausting.. but i guess they like their job.. and that's the price u have to pay to become a Diva..!!

So talking about the show, the song choices were very interesting.. some solo numbers and a couple of trios.. let's see if i can recall the songs.. Ning Baizura sang Curiga, Pasti, Selagi Ada.. Cinta, Awan Yang Terpilu and also Listen.. yup, that Beyonce number.. watch out for that..!!

Diva in the making, Nikki sang Pinta (with a lot & long whistles!) & Jujur.. yep, that Radja number.. an odd choice for Nikki but she make it work.. very interesting..!! another Diva in the making, Yanie sang Warna Cinta & Berdua Lebih Baik.. Warna Cinta is a new song from her upcoming debut album.. i love this song..!!! love it since the 1st time i heard her sang way back during event raya dulu.. it's kinda jazzy & big band style of song which i love.. can't wait for her album to come out.. been fan of hers since the 1st time heard her sang Ku Teruskan in Mentor..!!

Then the 3 of them (mungkin berangan Dreamgirls ke..? hehe) sang Pupus together with the finale of Di Akhir Garisan - originally sung by Ning with Ziana, Nora & Dessy Fitri from Indonesia.. wow, that last performance was amazing..!! teringat plak kat GangStarz..! opss.. jurinya ada di situ.. then after dah abis show, seperti biasa ambik2 gmbr, chit chatting & the most important thing, gossiping..!! benci ada sorg tu x nak cite lebih2..!! nak cerita, tp x nak cerita semua.. sudah..!!

So that's the end of it.. don't forget to watch Nite Of Soulful Stars: The Series, every Thursday, 8.30 on ntv7 - your feel good channel..!! not sure when they will air this one, but just watch the show.. they have amazing lineups.. ciow..!!
